First of all nice build. I am totally impressed. I see you used cardboard and gray duct tape. My question, how is it that when you paint over the gray duct tape it looks somewhat smooth? did you cover every each of the suit with duct tape?
because when I tried to paint over the card board of my suit, it shows the lines of the cardboard so I have to put a poster paper layer over it and that made it a little better. what kind of card board do you use? can you describe what the layers are?
