She's just standing there watching. Tie up the leashed dog and go get the other. There are people who hate dogs and dog owners because of donuts like this. Be better owners, people. Your dog shouldn't be everyone's problem. A clear example of someone who should own goldfish or guinea pigs instead of dogs.

The poor cat is already past tense in this video, or is so close it can’t fight at all. You can see its head dragging with its mouth wide open (not moving) in the second half of the video. They will fight tooth and nail literally until they simply can’t anymore.
This will forever piss me off and exactly why I carry a 22 in my car. I don’t care whose pet it is, if an out of control animal is killing it, I would gladly take that animal out in a heartbeat.

Save the BS, if you own an animal, YOU are responsible for its behavior and any injury it causes because your lack of responsibility.
