I think Oklahoma City may be the next "Austin" but unfortunately I won't move anywhere there isn't a. Ton of water as that's going to an issue in years to come.

I don't think it will ever be built, even so why build it in such a tornado prone area. Maybe the building wont fall over or collapse, but the damage to the windows and ground hazard would be immense and expensive.
