Do you have another hardware lying around? Because that ain't broken yet. If you do have another hardware, just download a Windows 10/11 ISO, put it to your USB (Or even easier, just get media creation tool), boot it to your USB, Go ahead, do a full format for it. It's not that hard lmao. I've been working on these shit for years and reinstalling Windows is one of the easiest things ever. (Unless, your HDD/SSD is broken then uhhh you need to spend some money on it) but just try reinstalling it first, it's not that hard. If you still can't understand it, go ahead find some tutorials on YouTube on how to reinsntall Windows 10.
