I understand. But the renters really need to UNDERSTAND what the contract states. This is a problem of not only the contract writers explaining the rules but also the renters not respecting the contract. It is sad in not only this industry but also many other sectors of business.

Do you need a permit to haul that? Here in PA it is next to impossible to repo a shed. So much a a crack in the blacktop and we have to pay the damage from removing it from the property.
We no longer finance sheds or fence project. If you think about it your kinda asking for trouble financing sheds.

I think it's terrible the way some people don't pay their payments and try to block the shed or hoping you never repo it! They should be ashamed. It cost ALOT of money to build a shed and to repo too!!
