Gave me chills Dan 🤞🏾🥶🥹. I been in the same situation. I came in full of energy , had the guard laughing for 2 hours straight before going into the holding cell. And he said “you don’t belong here. I see so many guys come in here and you’re nothing like them” I call that guard “Agent Smith” because he remind me of the guys from the matrix with the ear pieces in. But I say that to say, your content brings me so much joy to watch, learn and grow from. Plus remind me anything is possible. I’m from Akron, Ohio. Small city that lebron is from. Dan you are a 100% right as everyone has faults at sometime in there life but that’s not to criticize you or anyone for the rest of your life as I think you make a mistake and you open your soul and really understand that hay I not that bad a person I just have to clean up some things that I don’t need anymore as habits or attitude or just life in general just see the big picture as you do everyday as you give guidance to young kids that was once in your shoes and you help them build there self esteem and refresh there minds as it’s a genuine blessing as god protected you and your protecting them now,God bless Dan you do an awesome work ❤❤❤

I do this, too.
If you can convince someone of what you see in them (not what they could be, but what they ARE), they will take that and run with it.
Thing is, you don't really have to see it in them. And it doesn't have to be true at that moment.
