Multi crop planting also helps. Especially if one of them is a nitrogenator!
Sure, it's harder to harvest more than one crop from the same field, but it's not as hard as replenishing soil!

....but, the Savory Institute shouldn't be viewed as "The Authority" on the stewardship of all land... Nor should they attempt to raise $$ by an expensive certification program which small ranchers can't afford.
I respect Allan Savory's work and our ranch has implemented partial Mob grazing practices, but I fear his foundation is more interested in monetizing his name than sharing his vision..
