"I wanna an apple" неправильно, потому что:
"Wanna" - это сокращение от "want to", а не от "want a/an".
Правильно будет:
"I want an apple"
"I wanna eat an apple"
"Wanna" всегда должно сопровождаться глаголом, а не существительным напрямую.
