Man, I've never seen anything quite like that before! That's an impressive leak.
I had my first real dance with Daikin VRV's today. Open plan office with maybe 20 indoors, 5 master outdoors a 4 slaves. No central controller, all controllers in the ceiling. 3 outdoors had faults, compressor overload, compressor inverter comms fault, fan inverter comms fault.
That was... something.
