That's mink with some interesting red dye... Probably worked better on the more reddish-brown minks. I can't see through the video if it's real but if you feel around the mink you should feel some rough parts on it especially on the tail there should feel like a "spine" (glued or sewn pieces of skin) that should tell you if it's real or not. As for the face if you feel the two ears then it's indeed the face and if you don't then the mink was too long and needed to be cut in which case you're looking at the neck stretched over to resemble a face

Oh, that is a mink and I’ve only seen a few coats in movies that have the face featured… looks to be in okay condition- not sure how many people collect them other than performers and partygoers. Yet many people will buy them if it’s real fur and vintage because you can’t go back in time to stop them from making it!
