People aren't realizing how useful a full size truck bed is compared to the back of the car, if it can haul your fat friend then it can haul 250 lb of scrap metal in the back, which a hatchback isn't great for. For a load of gravel , you might have to split the load in half and make two trips if it's a huge load, but most vehicles would probably advise the same thing because of the suspension. Not everyone gets a truck to haul a trailer carrying multiple thousands of pounds.

My husband just brought this truck and driving it home from the dealership. Was about 160 mi. He can't use the Tesla charging stations. He can only use one for Ford. All three were broken. He had to go to an RV spot to charge. He's still not home yet. After charging an regular plug 3 hours got him 6%. Why the hell did we buy this truck!

Only 25% buy a truck to use it as a truck that's hard to believe. They should have just came out with an SUV. It's misleading as fuck to be like " we made an electric pickup but you can't use it as a truck." That's like selling an electric plane that can't fly.

"Different intended purposes", so like it's not supposed to be used as a truck? If you shouldn't put a load on it, why would you want to pay the amount for an electric truck over a standard "real" f150? You said the maintenance is really only wiper fluid and air in the tires, yet batteries go bad, the cost to replace them is huge and the cost to recycle them is huge. Thanks but no thanks.

In the 25 percent? I'd say 95 percent. If you don't need a truck, be green by driving a prius.
