I’ve noticed with me, when I’m away, i wanna be out more and more active and adventurous. also the food be healthier abroad for some reason even though they give big portions (i think less hormones), less stress, stress causes weight gain because of cortisol and more sun so probably less hungry and less mindless snacking due to being out more.
