I eat a lot of ground beef because it’s so convenient. I only have about an hour when I get home from work in the evening and I can make a casserole on the weekend with ground beef that will last me at least four days a week. I feel the absolute best though for some reason when I eat fish. Keto with a strong emphasis on fish and green vegetables works well for me (and I also feel really good when I eat steak and Brussels sprouts together for some reason).

As a hairdresser for 40 years, I would recommend you wash your hair once or twice a week. That's why you are challenged with dry itchy scalp . Ideally you need to shampoo your scalp with your fingertips vigorously. That will get rid of the natural oils and bring blood to the surface of the scalp to naturally condition. Squeeze out the moisture with your hands and microfiber towel and comb conditioner through from ends to scalp with a wide tooth comb or wet brush for optimum hair.

I hardly ever wash my hair these days, in the beginning my hair was disgusting, but I’ve found over time the less you wash it eventually the less disgusting it gets. Now I get compliments on its condition

Please include sprouts in your diet everyday, it's very nutrient dense food with amazing benefits. May want to cut down on red meat a bit.
