That’s when you hang up and call back to speak to someone else who pays bills and understands and actually knows how to apply discounts. These companies rob people and laugh in your face when you call to address it. The more loyal you are the less they care and the more you pay which is actually what funds their ability to provide discounts to new customers. Almost better to cancel and return as a new customer. It’s ridiculous. Should be the opposite. The more loyal of a customer you are the less u you should pay, which would incentivize customers to stay.
