As we were printing our airless basketballs, we wanted to know if the nozzle size on our 3D printers would affect airless basketball performance, more specifically – printing time, bounce, and durability. In this video, we print 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzle basketballs out of DudV2 PLA-B Splat, Wisdream FlexiTough, and Kimya PEBA-S filaments to compare and test (all basketballs were printed using a Bambu Lab P1S printer).
