😎 Let's break our old bad habit with this top 5 steps!

1️⃣ Find your WHY!
2️⃣ Surround yourself with PEOPLE who live the same value
3️⃣ Identify your TRIGGERS!
4️⃣ Replace with NEW HABIT (behavior) and use HABIT TRACKER
5️⃣ 3R's; start REALISTIC, REWARD, and REJOICE

For these number five,
🔴If you make a DRASTIC change, it might be quick enough to STOP you cause it's too HARD. But with REALISTIC small changes and routine, you'll see that you're already ACHIEVE something.

🟡That can be your REWARD already or if you want to give extra rewards to yourself, go ahead.

🟢Along the way to leave the old habit and focusing on building a better habit, REJOICE every ups and downs. Why? Because when you do something with a bigger heart, grateful mind, everything will become more acceptable and doable.
