It's a air purifier/humidifier water softener, the other is a mood thing I was told. Mgm uses it at many of their hotels. Just stayed at Beau Rivage and they had all three of them.

Air purifier on the wall, the shower head I believe introduces vitamin c for a mineral rich water/shower experience. I also believe there is a different type of mattress used in those rooms, but seem more uncomfortable. The thing by the bed is a sound machine to assist with sleep

Ha. Stayed in one of those. The thing on the wall is air filter. Thing on the counter let’s out scented air. Don’t think thing on shower really does much.
