There are two outcomes once you get into business:
1) It eventually works
2) You give up before it does
That's it. - Alex Hormozi

One of my favorite quotes from Thomas Eden is, ā€œMany of lifeā€™s failures are people who did not realize how close they were success when they gave up.ā€ And boys is that true.

FACTS!!!!! And donā€™t share what youā€™re doing with small minded people. It kills your job and puts a cancer on your confidence.

I needed to hear this. I have failed everything I've tried and it's getting harder to keep failing. But I'm picking myself back up, humbling myself, starting a new job tomorrow (nothing fancy), and working towards a brighter future again.

I'm writing my first book at age 42. It's been in my heart since I was a kid. If I fail at least I won't die saying I wish I tried that...

I tried this method and it did not end well for me, tried and failed over and over again and all it did was left me bankrupt, cost me my family and a lot of friends, my house, my boat, everything I ever worked hard for. Now Iā€™m working at a job I used to have slowly going into more and more debt each month, if I had stayed with my job Iā€™d probably be making 30-50% more than I am now and would at least be debt free besides a truck payment and slowly accumulating wealth instead of slowly accumulating high interest debt just to keep my head above water. Donā€™t take advice like this unless you live at home with your parents or you have a large cushion of cash to backup whatever business plan you have and enough left over after that to pay a years worth of bills

Letā€™s go! I had a full time job and savings but wanted to get rich so used all my money to start a business and it flopped, had to file for bankruptcy and now Iā€™m homeless and broke and canā€™t afford to eat butā€¦ maybe when I get my next welfare check I can-

Be smart people. It is hard. If it was easy it wouldnā€™t be desired. Take it slow, figure out what you want and take consistent steps to get there.

Edit: I have absolutely no memory of this video or leaving this comment. I know I did butā€¦ wow Iā€™m broken.

Amen! Fail and Fail Forward is such great advice. Itā€™s like in sports. You keep taking shots, and eventually youā€™ll score the goals. If not you, someone on your team will. The end result is winning.

This is such a valuable lesson cos every single business ā€œfailureā€ Iā€™ve had, I learned multiple valuable things that helped me for the next one and helps me give advice to other business owners. The more you fail, the more gems you accumulate
