InshaaAllah sister Muslim’s will understand their deen a lot more. My husband and I grew up Muslim,all my children as well. My son just recently married a revert sister who was previously married with two children and I’m glad to say Alhamdulillah they are very happy and pleased with their marriage, as are we. Alhamdulillah.

All the Muslims who became Companions of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh were reverts & atleast some of them had for sure commited Fornication, adultry, murder burglary, theft etc and the women including the companions of the prophet did not cover themselves untill the law came down & even after Islam almost for 18 years Musims use to drink and pray. Prior to islam they did anything they thought was ok according to their ignorant society. The points you make are valid, a lot of the times it’s the Cultural Muslims that make this an issue. They think they are to good for anybody else, and to be honest it’s a blessing your away from them. Find practicing Muslims that obey the laws of Allah. Honestly I envy (in a light-hearted meaning!) reverts, their faith is often way stronger than those who were born muslims, because they accepted Islam after huge emotional experiences so their roots end up stronger, instead of us who merely adapted to the enviroment. Bless all of my brothers and sisters, revert or not.

I am a born Muslim who married a revert. 17 wonderful years (and counting) together with 4 kids. Alhamdulillah. I encourage good Muslim men to seek revert women and work together to strengthen each other's faith in Islam.
