I train twice a day to ensure i have nothing left in me because sometimes you feel maxed out but later u realize u still have more

So true. I used to do 2.5 hours a day training....sometimes twice a day. Ive made more progress with 45 to 75 minute training sessions. If you want to do twice a day....make one of those sessions abs or light weight feeder workouts for arms or shoulders.

I remember earlier this year I was binge watching a lot of weight training vids, a complete noob at lifting, I obviously started seeing noobie gains after a month, i kept getting bigger as the months went on.. but something I can’t explain.. after around September, my body really came alive, my muscles became rock hard during a session, vascularity is insane

Like my body finally said “ok I’m ready” anyone else went through this? Might sound cheesy but something happened to my body like it finally woke up after months of lifting. Pumps are through the roof too only after 10 months ultra consistent, low calorie high protein

I gained 70lb in 1yr training once a day, 77kg - 108kg. Ended up with oblique striations at 108kg still 💀

to be fair, i have weight lifting class in the morning for about 45 minutes or so(on friday i have it for almost 2 hours because it’s block day) so i usually go to my apartment gym just to focus on other muscle groups. I am going to get a gym membership soon though thankfully

You guys can clown on him but it’s good advice most of the time I train back and biceps come home eat shower chill out and I try to curl 12.5kg dumbells once which Is very light for me I can crank out 40 curls in one set fresh but when I try to curl it I get some immense shooting sharp pain in my forearm and immediately have to put the weight down after 1 rep. If you don’t have that feeling you’re not training hard enough
