I remember earlier this year I was binge watching a lot of weight training vids, a complete noob at lifting, I obviously started seeing noobie gains after a month, i kept getting bigger as the months went on.. but something I can’t explain.. after around September, my body really came alive, my muscles became rock hard during a session, vascularity is insane
Like my body finally said “ok I’m ready” anyone else went through this? Might sound cheesy but something happened to my body like it finally woke up after months of lifting. Pumps are through the roof too only after 10 months ultra consistent, low calorie high protein

You guys can clown on him but it’s good advice most of the time I train back and biceps come home eat shower chill out and I try to curl 12.5kg dumbells once which Is very light for me I can crank out 40 curls in one set fresh but when I try to curl it I get some immense shooting sharp pain in my forearm and immediately have to put the weight down after 1 rep. If you don’t have that feeling you’re not training hard enough
