Here are some tips for your OH journey (my second main ev)
1. Use pinky for R, R’ Moves. You move less if your hand and it’s faster.
2. Rotate! Using R and U moves are the best, so if you need to do and F, it might be better to rotate and do it.
3. Use the table!!! This makes it easier to rotate or regrip.
4. Learn some OH PLLs. This will make PLL much easier, but this is only if you want to get advanced at OH.
5. Be efficient. Since turning is harder with one hand, efficiency is best.
6. Practice moves. Try to get good at R, U, D (and maybe F) moves from most grips.
7. Setup slow cubes. This makes turning more accurate instead of slow turning.
Overall, just practice and have fun (like everything else lol)

youre allowed to use both hands to inspect, also use your pinky for R and R' its weird at first but you will get a lot faster. But thats incredible for only two days!

Consider rotating more during f2l. In 2 hand solves it is worse but since its hard to do F or L moves in 1 handed it can be worth it. Also try using the table and learning the OH PLL's
