Strong advice: If you're using any machine or workout item, DO NOT LEAVE until you are Finished with it. For me, if you walk away, you got Four Minutes to come back. If you don't, then I'm using the machine and I will NOT leave until I am done! NO you CANNOT work in my set! You WILL WAIT until I am Done!

Why this shit always happens on this exact triceps machine? xDD I also had argue with some beef guy. It was empty for me, but out of nowhere that guy came up and took it mid exercise

Because of anger i broken many expensive things repeatedly every year since 2013, and made holes with my knuckles in the wall, now I am more chill but all the bad stuff from the past has me on edge and i can get irritated rather quickly but its often in my comfort zone when it happens.

I was doing a set of squats. After 4 series, i went to the toilet. I've let my stuff and barbell with weight, runned to do my business and after 4 min (which is equal to my break between sets time), i came back. When i came back, i saw that some dudes were doing squats there, so i let them finish their current set and told them: "Hi guys, i was actually here before, here is my stuff. Can i just do my last set and ill go?". They said: "Oh, sorry bro, sure do your set". So i did my set. When they got back, one of them was strugling with squats, so i gave him few tips (bracing, bar position you know, basic stuff). So yes, dude in the video could have handled this situation with dignity and mutual respect, but he chose to be asshole. Remember, your attitude reflects your dignity. Its your choice, wether you give it up, or keep it.

I had a guy at my gym 'claim' a machine and then leave for 5 minutes to go fill his bottomless water bottle. I started using it and he comes back, instead of saying "excuse me I'm using that" whine "You KNEW I was using that, like he was so important. Now that I'm older and wiser I'd stand my ground and tell him he doesn't own the gym no matter how petulant he behaves.

I hate people in the gym leaving their towel in a machine and leaving for ages as If they own it and at the same time they use other machines. Respect the others. You are not alone there to workout and waste the time of everyone else.
