FOOD IN SPAIN 🇪🇸 ✨

there’s a little town near Valencia called Oliva which if you’re thinking of going to Spain, you definitely need to visit. There’s loads of little stores and café places where you can have a drink or have lunch/ “menus delivered dia” as they called them.

The food is so tasty everywhere you go and one thing I noticed is that you always end up getting pang with tomato and their traditional aioli sauce, which is basically like a garlic paste sauce (incredibly delicious and addictive cause it goes well with everything😅😂).

Obviously, we needed to try Paas which we had quite a few of them . The traditional Valenciana one has pork grapes as well as chicken, butter, beans, and green beans too, but we also tried a version of it with artichoke and that was incredible.

It was also my first time trying “boquerones en vinagre “ which are pickled anchovies and they are really delicious to be fair. Just don’t make my mistake and ask the version with cheese because one is not nice 👀.

One particular thing that I noticed that every restaurant has was first of all a lot of tapas options: like starter options, and in between those there were always meatballs🤤.

let me tell you the meatballs are so tasty as well as the cheese and the ham👌 I ate so much ham, cheese and bread with aioli that by the time that I came back I was probably 90% that 😂😂.
