Thank you. I kinda got hit twice. I left a 25 year relationship that went very sour and moved back home with my older parents and 6 months later was diagnosed with breast cancer. Im dating again to a wonderful man who has been by my side and im making the best of everything and making memories again.

My oncologist says with this ILC MBC that i have many more years. I hope so😊 Im not wasting any time. Im glad im off chemo pills this week so I can cook Thankgiving dinner.😊

Ohhhh boy. Just yesterday I had that discussion of how to live while preparing for the end. Metastatic breast cancer appeared suddenly and spread quickly, afflicting a lot of bones, lungs, liver. Hug the dog. Call a friend. Go for a walk. Clear out a closet. Hug the grandchildren. Sit in the garden with a cup of tea and a favourite novel. You might not have time to read all of them again, but there's no harm in starting.
We are in a weird kind of limbo, but not lost. We might have limited time, but we still have time to do things we love.
