Healthy High Protein Breakfast. Recipe below 👇

I cup of steel cut oats
Boil in water until slightly soft(about 16 ounces of water around 2 cups) boil while stirring occasionally until water is creamy and oats are soft )

Sit aside, next

You need a Hand full of freshly roasted peanuts
( buy them raw and roast in the oven for about 25 minutes on 350 degrees ) crack once cooled

Place roasted peanuts in blender
Add tablespoon of healthy organic quality olive oil
Pinch of himalayan salt
1 large ripe banana-really ripe
1 tablespoon of organic olive oil
Dash of cinnamon and vanilla
Add hot cooked oats

Blend until smooth and creamy
Enjoy 😍
