I love how much of a troll this move is! Everything about the exaggerated animation tells us this shot is gonna hit us hard and fast, and then it completely doesn't. It took me a long time as a kid to even realize the shots are frozen! Every time I saw the lead-in animation I'd freak out and start running frantically, which would make me smash right into where the shot ACTUALLY ends up, haha!
It's a great way to give that 'what a little shit' kind of personality to a character that never speaks or has any plot presence. Its wild how much the Nobodies express SO much personality despite supposedly being more emotionless than the Heartless!
