I had just taken an engine from a crunched 1982 LUV and put it into this 1979 LUV. I didn't have the gas line hooked up, but put some gas in the float of the carb and it ran. It is so loud because I misaligned the exhaust manifold flange. I still needed to get the radiator on along with other minor components.
