Jersey to me is mostly a milk place since weirdly enough Jersey milk is readily available here in Hong Kong, it has a very thick texture, much different from say Japanese or French milk, very nice stuff indeed and I always use them to make yoghurt.

My house mate at Uni didn't have to pay any tuition fees because he was from Isle of Man, just for being born under 70 miles away from my home town in Blackpool! Good for the Isle of Man, we need to change it here!
