Greenwood has been the gold standard in Arkansas for about 20-25 years. They had a 50 game win streak when I first moved to Arkansas. QB factory for the Razorbacks. Tyler Wilson was the best and never lost.

I remember when Shiloh Christian came down from Arkansas to play Euless Trinity. MaxPreps had ranked Shiloh #1 in the nation. Absolute bloodbath. Trinity pulled their starters in the 2nd half, but the final was still 80-26. High school football is a different animal in Texas.

Let just say this, my daughter played fast pitch for many years, and we played against Greenwood back in the day, it don’t matter what sport, this little town has some of the most talented kids you’ve ever seen! Straight up, A Class parents from top to bottom! Won’t meet a better bunch of Folks!

Classic case of a tiny town with a bunch of tiny other towns around them who just ships in talent. There's no way you have that good of a team 10 years in a row in a town of 9,000 people. They just basically sign players like a college does while the poor little schools they play against have 5'9 180 pound Billy Bob playing left tackle getting run over 100 times a game.
