Actually think it's a Z240 or 260. Became a ZX when they went to the 280, and the extra two seats for tariff break.
Just a side note, when they started exporting the PUs to the US, the only came as a cab/chassis unit again because of tariffs. Ever caught see an old Toyota or Datsun pu with faded cab paint and bright bed paint, that's how you know. Beds were built and painted here in the states
