Yup. I have it. Trying to break the pattern. My issue is the getting into sleep part. When I try to lay down on the mist comfortable of mattress weather at home or away my body won’t simply relax and go into sleep for fear that I won’t wake up or that I will oversleep which happens often even when I set alarms because my body and mind is not getting they daily deep tissue rest that it was getting but the last 5-7 months have not so much so at all I am not sure what happened but need to try and be more consistent and do set aside time to go to sleep but as a second shift worker this is very hard when working afternoons and nights she having to sleep in the early morning into the afternoon had made it quit me the challenge in getting that daily deep rest but I am Grateful if I can get 4/5.5 hours sleep and feel fine once I get up and tell myself I can get more later if needed Thanks for all your help with these videos It is hard not to at times not have anxiety or hopelessness or fear that you will not lose your job ( I am late often ) by 1-3 hours at work daily but it’s ok for now 😮 trying to figure out this sleep disorder 😊any advice is appreciated

I haven’t slept well in years
I’m a mixture of both
Not being able to sleep at all and then getting to sleep but only staying asleep for a few hours
Far less than required for body rejuvenation
I wish there was a cure in which I would rest and feel good the next day
Chronic insomnia has led to severe depression and anxiety
Now it’s like
Am I insomniac because I’m depressed
Or am I depressed because I’m insomniac
