Technically it would turn it into a gyro and ultimately reduce muzzle rise. Which would make it where faster you shoot the more level and stable you shoot

Wouldn’t putting a bullet in a spinning motion make it more accurate? Muskets were designed with grooved barrels to make the ball spin and make it more accurate, this might be the same principle or not I have no clue.
