"Macao Special Agent" is a TV series produced by Vietnam in cooperation with Hong Kong - China, the action genre of soldiers on secret missions.

The film begins with a shooting in a nightclub that left one person dead. The city police decided to open the X28 task force to crack down on a new drug trafficking case - Flakka - originating from Macau to Vietnam for consumption.

In each episode, viewers will closely follow the plans of the Huynh Long (played by Duc Son) and Huynh Nam (Truong The Vinh) group's father and son in building a plan to join hands with Macau boss Ta Thien Khanh (played by Huynh Thu Duong) to bring Flakka back to the country. The person who "advised" this perfect plan was Trong Dung (Nhan Phuc Vinh), and therefore he was trusted even more by the Huynh Long father and son, especially Huynh Nam. ​ ​ ​

However, life has never been easy. The drug shipment disguised as a cosmetic package arrived at the port. Before Huynh Long and his son could celebrate, they encountered strict control by the customs force. The shipment was temporarily detained due to insufficient documents. Another threat appears and is hindered when a Flakka line from Hai Phong is transported to Saigon.

On another route, Huynh Nam begins to be moved and expresses his sincere love for Anh Thu (played by Thanh Truc) - a beautiful model. That is why Anh Thu encounters jealousy and plots to harm her from her colleague Y Phuong (played by Le Hien).

What Huynh Nam and Y Phuong do not know is Anh Thu's true identity. She is actually a detective planted in the Huynh Long Group to collect evidence for the investigation. Along with Anh Thu, there is another detective working secretly. Who is this person? Will this talented pair of special detectives overcome countless dangers to decode the entire case chain?
