Hey just a bit of advice. A you should never mount a bike rack to just the bumper even if it’s 1/4 inch thick metal. It’s flimsy and easy to break off after rusting and movements opening the holes. B try to put the mounting in the frame itself or mount a bracket to extend out to help brace the rack itself. Lastly and this will be the most useful. WASHERS!!! Washers are more important then the rack itself. There are plenty of different washers. Use regular flat washers on the bumper if u do decide to make a support bracket instead of making a big tube hole in the bummper
