Ingredients:
115g unsalted butter (room temp.)
150g brown sugar
15g granulated sugar
10g vanilla sugar
1 egg
160g all-purpose flour
50g unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
Β½ tsp baking soda
ΒΌ tsp salt
1/2 tsp black food coloring
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 190Β°C
Mix together the butter mix the sugars
Add the egg
Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and food coloring)
Add the chocolate chips
Scoop out your cookies on a baking sheet and top each cookie with some sugar ghosts, bats & pumpkins
Flatten a little bit the cookies
Bake at 190Β°C for 10 minutes
Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
