You don’t need all of these goofy exercises and tons of variation in your routine if your goal is to build muscle. Pick a few proven compound movements and accessories. Stay consistent and get stronger over time. That is literally all you need to do. It really frustrates me when fitness is over complicated. Beginners will see this type of content and make zero gains only to find out years later they were following the wrong information. MAKE GAINING MUSCLE SIMPLE AGAIN. Unless you’re an athlete or bodybuilder dedicating your life to fitness YOU 100% don’t need complexity. You need progression on key lifts

How do you prevent your butt from sliding off your bench? I have a similar bench and it's a problem I have during incline.
