I tried to make Shahi Tukda in my version i.e Shahi Tukda Bites, this Shahi Tukda you can have in one bite.
For Making Rabari
Ingredients:
• Full fat milk 1/2 litre
• Sugar 1 tbsp ( As per taste)
• Almond Powder 2 tsp
• Kesar Strands 5- 6
• Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
•In the heavy bottom pan, bring the milk to boil.
•Now on low heat and stir continuously so to prevent the milk to stick to the bottom of the pan .
• Reduces milk to 1/3 rd. Then add sugar, almond powder, elaichi powder, kesar.
• Cook for 7 to 8 minutes while stirring.
• Cool down the rabari and refrigerate it before serving.
For Making Chachni
Ingredients:
• Sugar 1 cup
• Water 1 cup
Method:
• Let the sugar dissolve.
• Add elaichi powder. Cook the syrup and bring it on one string consistency.
• Cool down the syrup to Luke warm temperature.
For Shahi Tukda
Ingredients:
• Brown Bread Slices 2- 3
•Ghee for Frying
Method:
• Cut the brown bread slices into 4 squares.
•Grease ghee in the appam pan and place small square pieces bread on appam pan holes and press bread piece with light hand to give it katori shape.
•Now on middle flame, fry the bread on both the sides until crisp and golden brown.
