I admit that yeah the image used to freak me the hell out. Even now it's definitely wince worthy, I've seen the old video reviews of the movie and it's definitely not always that solid but it could've been amazingly bone chilling in a better film.

When I read this video's title, I thought, "Really? 'Smiley' became a popular, classic horror movie?" Not to trash the director or the actors, but when the movie came out, I wanted to watch it so badly, because it had some of my favorite YouTubers in it. I never got to watch it, because I had no money when I was a teen. Now, I have no desire to watch it. 😅

This is why i dont read or watch movie reviews. Never knew this movie was rated so poorly, because me and my friends used to love this movie. I remember it fondly. Reading all those negative reviews would’ve killed the movie for me. Glad i managed to dodge that.
