Do you promise certain items for specific boards like this? Or do you just keep a general theme and get what you can find for said theme? I’m just thinking about if I were to advertise for a specific board would someone be upset if I couldn’t find something pictured and replaced it for something else that went along with the theme of their board.

I’m understand you’re bringing a non-cooking version, which I super appreciate (as a busy/oft overworked person, myself), but for the cost of this you could get breakfast sandwiches and make a cute breakfast board with those and some grapes thrown in tbh 😅
But to be real, this is a thoughtful idea.. If I made it, I think Boursin is great but might be a bit much with croissant, prosciutto, strawberry jam combo for the morning.
I would maybe be doing a board with bagel, lox, turkey, avocado, cream cheese options for the crowd—and then a variety of fruits. Maybe some capers, boiled egg, cucumber, onion, tomato, sprouts, etc. to
