It's not like because UP is over populated only... UP is among top three best performing states is India... and thus the tax pay is of highest share in India not only because of crowd only but on the basis of demographic performance also..
See it's not like UP is not developed...it is literally developed now...only pollution is the major concern and of course overcrowd...
I live in Ghaziabad,UP a city near New Delhi... Like in these 6-7 years the growth has got its boom... in past garbage trashes are everywhere... roads are like swing and safety was literally not my city cup...but now better roads,clean streets and safety standards improved also...
Even metro services, infra development also have seen a significant growth.... even first rapid rail route of India is linked by my city...
Ms.Sitaraman statement is half truth as migration is a part where we cannot measure accurately whether it affects the growth of economy or not..
Equal freight laws are the biggest boon for the economic growth of our southern part of India but at the same time it destroyed Northern part not someless... And then comes the corrupted capitals of India INC ,BSP ,TMC, JDU... which literally destroyed the decorum of northern states but BJP came as a boon for us and at present UP is also in the race to touch 1 trillion dollar economy line...
See it doesn't matter for me which state grow more but it is a major concern for me which state is hindering...At the end I will see how our whole India has its progress and where are the major loopholes to be filled...
