Ingredients:
1.5 cup of water
2 cinnamon sticks
5-10 individual clove seeds
4 lemons- juicedĀ
1 heaped tablespoon of minced ginger
2 tablespoon of honey
60ML Johnnie Walker BlackĀ
NON-ALCOHOLIC VERSION
Omitting Johnnie Walker is the only modification.Ā
Directions:
Simmer water and spices (not the lemon) for a few minutes til it boils and reaches a deep color. You will know as it will smell wonderful!Ā
Once the water has come to a boil, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly minced ginger and your raw honey.Ā
Let mixture come to complete cool if drinking it cold.Ā
Add whiskey. StirĀ
Garnish with a lemon round and cinnamon stick (if using). Enjoy!
