The fact that it’s normalized to ask trans people (minors and adults alike) about their private parts is insane to me. Usually, if someone asks you something like that, we teach them that they’re supposed to, like, tell a trusted adult and never talk to them again.

I hate how obsessed some transphobes are with what’s down there. Especially the ones that call trans people groomers without proof, they need to learn what the difference between someone trying to be happy and someone trying to harm children is. This is so bonkers to me. Two of my three adult children are trans, and I don't even ask intrusive questions! In fact, my transmasc, enby firstborn has shared (well researched!) healthcare information before I could ask. I'm vague and respectful when asking my daughter about planning her medical care. It's really not difficult to be respectful! 🏳️⚧

I would ask back something about the other's person genitalia to see if they notice how invasive that line of questioning is (like what color, or shape idk). If they don't find it offensive than maybe they're just not bothered by those sort of subjects 🤷🏻
