I'm so nlessed to habe 40 yrs of knowledge & experience with wildlife, whitetail, "feeling" the whitetail environment like an old farmer knowing the weather patterns & cycles sure is awsome.. learning languages, behavior, & development is a never ending joy, & you never stop learning!

Trashy rack, but good lookin' boy..I'd take him..
I have some gorgeous symmetrical 7, 8, and 10 pointers..one buck that is 9½. I've been enjoying my 8pt pal "Buddy" who's BIGGER than this, trashin' trees, chasin' big momma "Miss T" (who's 300# of 14½yo!), getting all kinds of crazy..my 1½yo "Ozzy" was busy being "just tough enough to not be mistaken for a tree" amongst the big deer😂, while his sibling brother Austin was tending a 2½yo doe imn my Mom's yard, & giving me the neck, stink face, & a snort-wheeze to "..😠😡😤🤬get lost!".. It's so cool to be able to be so close to these animals, to learn so much..
This is such an amazing time of year to follow deer..we get to see so little of them unless we actually follow and live with them, we miss so much because we have to "go to woods"
Over 40 years with wildlife, I've been blessed with an amazing personal education, and built amazing personal relationships with wildlife and brought that experience to mingling as an inoffensive factor, I've been enjoying the rut! I have seen good harvest so far here in NNY, I'm not hunting this year, but that's ok.. I'm still loving it!
"*We only eat the tourists" but they sure taste g
