#habits #routine For those of us with chronic illness, whether it is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, or something else, each day can be a series of weighing out the cost in spoons it takes to do things. Sometimes we can adjust habits to make that easier, and sometimes just making sure a few things get done helps us feel a little more human.
Afternoon Routine- This routine helps tie up loose ends from the morning routine to make sure those cycles get completed, and also introduces a few things that help the house run smoother, but are in those few absolutely essential tasks that are in the morning routine.

Start Wash
Unload Dishwasher
