For those who don’t like veggies, this is a nice way to eat them. This cake tasted healthy and sweet at the same time and it wasn’t a weird taste 😀

Took @opeyemifamakin advice and reduced the Ugu to get out the excess water content before adding it to the cake batter. Loved it 💚
