It’s $400. Guys don’t drop a bunch of money when you are getting started. There are much less expensive ways to make it work.

I've had nothing but problems with the Streamer X when it comes to video. Among other things changes fps, cannot deliver 4k in Quicktime on M1 Mac Mini, buggy Unify software. Have to restart constantly, settings disappear. Had no problems with the Elgato Cam Link 4K. Røde support has not been of much help, promises and promises but nothing happens. Have lots of Røde products, but this is an alpha product that was sent to the market way too early.
