Releasing Heavy/Lower Feeling Emotions 😓

Step by Step Exercise:

✋🏽Begin by placing one hand on your chest and one on your belly, then bow your head. Breathe deeply holding this position and allow yourself to release heavy feeling emotions. (hold up to a minute)

🤲🏽 Gently massage the joining socket of your shoulder/upper armpit - this releases lower feelings emotions such as grief, sadness, and depression. (30 seconds)

👉🏽Gently hold each finger (30-40 seconds each)
1. Thumb - holds worry, stress, and tension
2. Index - fear, confusion, and frustration
3. Middle - anger and irritability
4. Ring - sadness, grief, and feeling emotional
5. Pinky - nervousness, doubt, and overwhelm
