The song is not breakcore, it’s a subgenre called depressed breakcore, and it’s typically either jungle or drum and bass. In this case, Anybody Can Find Love (Except You) I believe is jungle.
This was explained in a Reddit comment on r/breakcore last year by hkmori themselves.
