Being accountable is a #1 green/red flag. If a woman can come out of a situation where she was wrong or messed up and can admit it that's a good sign. However, if anything that goes wrong is always someone else's fault don't waste anymore of your time. I speak from first hand experience.

What I really just don't understand is why women don't want to grow through the process of taking accountability. It shows how society has given women a pass and so they think nothing's their problem. It's always you. For me personally, taking accountability has been elightening and I quite enjoy it now. The growth brings peace. I have a partner that goes ballistic when I try and have her take accountability for herself. It's like throwing holy water on a vampire. It's sad to me because she is stagnant and all I am thinking about is leaving.
