Any advice to sustain sobriety rather drugs and or alcohol? Naltrexone has helped but isnt enough. 😭

A purpose is not necessary but it does help. Even "I don't want to live this kind of life anymore" is a strong enough purpose. Changing your environment and being mindful of your triggers can be just as effective.
